International Shipping

We usually ship with DHL and FedEx. Shipping fees are based on the destination, packing size and weight of your item(s). You can calculate your estimated standard shipping fee for any product by clicking on the 'Calculate Freight' icon on our product list and product detail pages. Please contact us if you prefer your items to be shipped by other means. As soon as your shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification via email. Note that our quoted shipping prices do not include taxes, tariffs or other import fees. Please contact your local DHL or FedEx office for more information regarding these charges. In the event that the rates return as $0.00, it means that we do not ship the item to that country.

Delivery occurs at the customer's own risk. As soon as the goods have been entrusted to a transportation company by GBSonline, the risk automatically transfers to the customer. This also holds true for partial deliveries.

The goods should be examined immediately after delivery to the customer or an authorized individual to detect any transportation damages. Detectible transportation damages are to be reported without delay in written form. Packaging damages are to be confirmed in written form by the transportation company upon delivery. A signature is required for all shipments upon receipt.

We can send orders to another address with bank transfer in advance. Credit card orders need to go to the address of the card holder due to security reasons.

Local Carriage

Local carriage is charged at SGD$30 per trip within Singapore. It is a service from GBSonline for orders of up to a maximum of 50kg between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm GMT+8, Mondays through Fridays.

Self Collection

Customers may also arrange for self collection at our warehouse. Simply select Self Collection under the shipping options and enter comments like the date and time of collection, etc. The system will remove the international freight charges from the order accordingly.

Return Policy

Special order, non-inventoried products or those items with set frequencies or other customizations may be subject to restrictions on return or exchange. In addition, a 15% restock fee may be assessed for those items returned for reasons other than defect, damage, or situations arising outside of GBSonline's control.

Defects or other damages owing to faulty or inappropriate handling, unsuitable packaging or shipment, the use of inappropriate accessories or an alteration of the original components by the customer or by a third party not authorized by GBSonline, are not protected by warranty.

Naturally occurring signs of wear are equally excluded from warranty protection.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

* Any item that is returned more than 30 to 60 days after the invoice date.
* Custom-built items (i.e. custom rackmount kits, custom rack cases, and custom snakes / cables).
* Personal items that have been opened (i.e. earphones, windscreens, and pop filters).
* Software or Computer Soundcards that have been opened (taken out of the plastic wrap).
* Any item that is damaged, missing parts, or otherwise not in its original condition.

If a return of equipment is deemed necessary, please note the following instructions:

Items being returned must be in the manufacturer's original carton, if applicable. The carton should be that in which the product was shipped, not a different or similar product. Please be sure to include all manuals, disks, cables and warranty cards that accompanied the item(s). Please use the packaging originally provided by GBSonline.

For your protection, please insure the package for the value paid for the item(s) in question. GBSonline assumes no liability for goods missing or damaged in the course of a return. The goods must arrive at GBSonline in good condition as a condition of return.

Affix a label to each carton and secure with clear cellophane packing tape. Use the following address for returns:

Please be sure that the RA number given to you appears clearly on this label. GBS cannot accept any packages that do not clearly bear the RA number.

Ship the package to GBSonline at the address shown via prepaid freight. GBSonline will not accept any packages sent via "collect" terms.

SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS, OPENED SOFTWARE, HARD DRIVES, EAR BUDS, ARE NON-RETURNABLE. Service through the factory or an authorized repair center is required. Please contact us if you would like to obtain copies of the manufacturers' guarantees and warranties prior to purchase.

Product Pricing & Availability

There will be products listed on GBSonline’s website that may not be available in your location due to vendors' imposed restrictions. GBS will assume no responsibility for being unable to provide products or services due to such restrictions. Additionally, GBSonline customers must assume responsibility for gaining all necessary approvals to obtain GBSonline products or services. Questions regarding the availability or pricing of any particular product or products should be directed to sales@gbsalliance.com

When we don't show prices:

There will be some items where prices are intentionally left blank. In other instances, the advertised price is higher than the price you actually pay when you order that item. The reason for this is MAP (Minimum Advertised Price). Check with our sales team if you are unsure.

Accepted Payments

We accept PayPal payments. All customers' payment details are sent over the secure server of PayPal.
Please note: PayPal payments cannot be combined with other payment methods.

All bank charges are to be paid by the customer, USD$30 per TT payment. Please only send US dollars. Transfers in other currencies may incur extra charges and shipment delays. Additional bank fees that may apply are the sole responsibility of the customer. The GBS Order number must be transmitted to us with the wire transfer in order to ensure the proper application of funds to the transaction.

We accept cash in Singapore Dollars only at our warehouse, subject to 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST) for local customers. Pls contact our sales team for the USD to SGD conversion rates.
